1. Using the game and website
By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under local law, your parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
2. Permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, website, artwork, branding, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law.
3. Fair use
Do not use the game or site unlawfully, interfere with their operation, distribute malicious code, misuse support channels, or infringe the rights of others. Restrictions on copying, modification, or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by local law.
4. Virtual items and rewards
Coins, stars, tools, and rewards are game features with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. The current version does not process real-money purchases; available bundles are claimed in-game, and some activities may use virtual coins. Reward availability and game balance may change as the game evolves.
5. Local saves
Your progress and settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, changing devices, or device failures may cause data loss. The current version has no developer-operated account or cloud-save recovery service. Please consider this before deleting app data.
6. Availability and updates
We may update features, fix issues, or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every issue can be resolved. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated effective date and further notice where required.
7. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Your email provider, device platform, and any external service you choose to use have their own terms. We do not control those services.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available, without additional warranties. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the game at any time. We may restrict access in response to serious misuse where technically applicable and permitted by law. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any mandatory rights and remedies available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
